The first setup task is to enter your business details so IntelliFlowERP System works according to your business needs. --- ## Recommended Setup Items Configure these areas before entering live transactions: - **Brands:** Add all product brands used by your business. - **Tax Rates:** Set up taxes and tax groups according to your local tax rules. - **Units:** Add product units such as pieces, meters, litres, kilograms, boxes, or cartons. - **Categories:** Add product categories and sub-categories for better product organization and reporting. - **Business Settings:** Add your business name, currency, time zone, financial year, tax settings, and other operating preferences. - **Business Locations:** Add shops, branches, warehouses, or storefronts if your business operates from more than one location. - **Barcode Settings:** Configure barcode label and sticker settings for product label printing. - **Invoice Settings:** Set up invoice numbering, invoice schemes, receipt formats, and invoice layouts. --- ## Suggested Setup Order 1.
